Douglas Lambert has extensive experience litigating complex and general litigation, business and accounting cases in South Florida and Central Florida. He has successfully represented clients in numerous litigation matters involving commercial, banking and real estate disputes, including foreclosure cases, lender liability actions, and workouts. He also spends considerable time litigating disputes involving accounting issues as he began his career at a “Big 8” international accounting firm. He has litigated numerous complex commercial landlord-tenant matters and has also successfully counseled clients in lease disputes. He also has extensive experience litigating divorce and family law matters, including high asset cases involving accounting and valuation issues, as well as drafting, structuring and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
