John R. Sheppard Jr.

Born Boynton Beach, Florida, admitted to the Bar, Florida, 1990, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, 1992. John is a native Floridian, and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida. His areas of emphasis are Community Association representation, covenant and contract drafting and amending, covenant enforcement, business disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, hospitality law, landlord-tenant, and general civil litigation. He has successfully litigated a full range of disputes, including commercial, negligence, torts, construction, collection, foreclosure, covenant enforcement, real property, condominium and homeowner’s association, administrative, and misdemeanor criminal in both State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, before Arbitration Panels, and before Administrative Boards. He has represented Community Associations, business owners, individual investors and institutional clients in a variety of commercial transactions and disputes. Mr. Sheppard speaks frequently at various legal seminars through National Business Institute. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Sheppard is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law.
