James S. Telepman

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Admitted to Florida Bar, 1985, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, 1986, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 1990, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, 1996.  Education: B.A., Political Science (1981) and J.D. (1984), University of Florida.  Member: Palm Beach County and Florida Bar Associations; Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Committees of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.  Board certified in the area of Business Litigation by the Florida Bar Association; Certified as a Circuit Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court; Authorized to mediate adversary proceedings pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.


Mr. Telepman has lectured on a variety of bankruptcy and litigation topics for the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the National Business Institute.  Areas of Practice include all types of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and mediation.
