Mr. Lynne represents developers, property owners, investors, and institutional stakeholders in all aspects of zoning, land use, permitting, licensing, and development entitlements. He is widely recognized for his strategic, solutions-oriented approach to navigating governmental processes and delivering clear, actionable pathways to project approval.
His work includes comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, variances, special exceptions, development orders, permitting strategies, and government negotiations. He regularly represents clients before planning and zoning boards, municipal commissions, and state and regional agencies, helping them secure the approvals necessary to move projects from concept to completion.
