Born in Monticello, New York. He was admitted to the New York Bar in July of 1990 and the Florida Bar in May of 2003. Rob grew up in upstate NY in Monticello and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management in 1983 from Florida International University. Rob then went on to attend Brooklyn Law School receiving his Juris Doctor Degree in 1989. Rob, while practicing law in New York also served as the Village Justice in his hometown as his Father had done before him. Rob, while practicing in NY volunteered his time as a volunteer fire fighter and served on numerous volunteer Boards of Directors both here in Florida and in his hometown of Monticello NY. His areas of practice included real estate both residential and commercial closings, Homeowner and Condominium Association Law, loan transactions, title insurance, business transactions and corporate transactions. Rob and his wife have retired and moved to a wonderful small town in South Carolina. The team at Cohen Norris is here to assist Rob’s former clients.
